The administration at Ain Aar is monitoring the situation in the neighborhood regarding the fire and is in communication with the upper administration, parents' committee and security services in the community.
The students are safe.
The challenge we are managing for now, is related to the smoke. To be preventive, here are the measures we already put in place:
- Windows are kept closed;
- Physical activities are minimized;
- PE sessions and recesses are taking place indoors;
- Students are asked to drink water and stay hydrated throughout the day.
Some parents have decided to pick their children up early and we respect this decision.
Classes will continue as per the regular schedule.
After school activities are CANCELLED for both elementary and middle schools.
