Dear Parents of Preschool Students on the Ras Beirut Campus of IC,
For family and personal reasons, Souad Mounla, who had been appointed as the new Preschool director at RB, will not be able to fulfill her duties.
It is my pleasure to announce that Mrs. Ghada Madhoun, who was the PYP coordinator at the preschool, was chosen to replace Ms. Mounla as the new RB preschool director.
I am delighted that Ghada, who is a distinguished educator, has accepted to take on this new responsibility. With Ghada at the helm of the preschool and a strong team of preschool teachers and administrators, I am confident that your children will be in good hands.
Not only does Ghada hold a PhD in Education, an MA in TESOL, a BA in early childhood education, and a teaching diploma, but she also has a long experience as an early childhood educator within the IB program, as a PYP and an ED Tech coordinator, and as a professional development workshop leader.
Ghada has prepared the 21-22 academic year with Souad Mounla over the summer and she will be working this year in collaboration with Zeina Abou Khalil, the former director of the PS at Ras Beirut and current director of the preschool and lower elementary school at Ain Aar.
