Dear Members of the IC Family,
The IC vision is to empower learners of today to be global citizen leaders of tomorrow. We can't do it alone; we need you.
We are embarking on the creation of a new strategic plan that will impact our school and its community for the future. This plan will provide the filter to make great decisions and the framework for our actions as we move forward to serve our students and community.
To create a strategic plan that best reflects the hopes and dreams of our community, we request the participation of members of the IC community who are committed to the future success of our beloved college.
The strategic planning process will be facilitated by Dr. Teresa Arpin, President of Transformation Systems, Ltd. She has worked with school systems for the past 25 years, both internationally and in the United States.
The first step will be for us to meet in Virtual Community Cafés. These cafés will be moderated by members of the administration and will focus on conversations that help to inform the planning process. The ideas that emerge in the cafés will be shared with our strategic planning team.
We need your thinking about what works well at IC now, as well as what we should consider for the coming years. The participation of students, parents, faculty, staff, alumni, and Board Members is necessary to help create the future of IC.
Join us in a Virtual Community Café by booking your seat between Feb. 7th and Feb. 28th. Sessions are held on Mondays and Fridays from 5:00 to 6:15 pm.
